How to roast garlic? Roasted garlic is easy to digest that is why people should have them more. It is not possible to eat a raw garlic and if you do not have garlic in your diet, you are missing out a superfood. Step 1: You are going to roast garlic inside an aluminum foil. So keep that on the tray and put all the garlic cloves in it. Make sure you have cut the garlics properly and took the cover off. They should be fresh. It is better to not cut them a long time before roasting them. Just them cut and put them on the foil. Some people do not like peeling them. You can get them at the local stores that comes in a jar.

Step 2: Do not use extra virgin olive oil even though it is considered as the best quality olive oil that gives the perfect fragrance to any food. While some companies say they are making “extra virgin” olive oil, they are not. For roasting garlic, you should use regular olive oil. Use a brush to make sure no garlic clove gets left out.

Step 3: Wrap up the foil. Put it in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and for 25 minutes. Open the foil to check after twenty-five minutes. Make sure you are alright with its texture. It is supposed to be tender by now but some people keep them for thirty minutes to make them extra soft. Take them out and it is supposed to be hot so handle with care. Once it has cooled down, start having it or use it for your recipes.

If you are not interested in slicing up them into separate cloves as it can take a lot of time to get a single garlic done, you can use the procedure to roast at least half a dozen big garlics without having to cut each of them and create a mess.
