How do I track my Stockx order?
When you place an order on StockX, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You can also find your order number by logging into your account and selecting “My Orders” from the drop-down menu.

I just placed an order on Stockx, when will it ship?
If you’ve just placed an order on Stockx, congrats! You’re about to get your hands on some of the most sought-after sneakers on the market. But now that you’ve made your purchase, you’re probably wondering when your shoes will ship.
Here’s a breakdown of what to expect after you place an order on Stockx.
Once you place an order on Stockx, we verify the payment and then send the seller an email to confirm the sale. The seller has 2 hours to ship the shoes once they receive this email. If the seller doesn’t ship within that time frame, the order is canceled and your payment is refunded.
If the seller does ship within that time frame, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once the shoes are on their way. Depending on the shipping method chosen by the seller, it can take 1-5 days for the shoes to arrive at our warehouse.
Once the shoes arrive at our warehouse, we authenticate them to make sure they’re exactly as described. This process can take up to 48 hours. Once they’re authenticated, we’ll ship them out to you and you’ll receive another email notification with tracking information.
Depending on your location and the shipping method you chose, it can take 3-7 days for the shoes to arrive at your door. So in total, from the time you place your order until the time you receive your shoes, it can take anywhere from 6-12 days.
