What you will need:

· 2 Cloves of garlic

· 90 grams of butter

· 5 grams of parsley

· Salt (optional)

Here is what you have to do:

Step 1: If you have a food processor, put all the ingredients there and mix them till they form a paste of perfect consistency and amount to spread throughout the bread. To get the best out of you bread, make sure you are using fresh parsley, healthy bread and the butter should be at room temperature. If you are using less butter, take 1 clove of garlic. Salt is completely optional because a little amount can make the garlic bread taste bad and salty. You can skip salt if you want.

Step 2: In case you do not have a food processor, mix everything in a bowl and using a fork to combine them in the right proportion. Cut the bread you bought for the garlic bread. You can go with white bread, brown bread, Baguette, ciabatta or bread rolls. No matter what bread type you are using, cut them out and spread the garlic-butter mixture on one side. Let them sit while you preheat the oven.

Step 3: Making garlic bread is actually baking because it is made in the oven and not on the stove. Although, many people make it on a pan. Baking is the right way because you get the golden-brown texture. In the stove, many people end up burning the bread because of their pan. More problems arise such as the garlic sticks to the pan and you will need a huge amount of olive oil for just 4 slices of bread.

Step 4: Now it is part that confuses many experts as well. That is not knowing how long to bake the bread with garlic-butter mixture. There is no fixed time since it depends on the bread you are using. If it is bread with less thickness, the time will be less and for a thick bread the time will be more. Therefore, simply throw them in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius, check through the see-through door of the oven to know if it is turning golden-brown. Once you see it appear like that, the bread is ready to be served.
