How to make fried chicken

Here is what you will need:

· 5 ounces of fat-free buttermilk

· 2 egg whites

· 3 tablespoons red hot pepper sauce

· 1 tablespoon paprika

· 8 ounces of cornflake cereal

· 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

· 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

· Salt to taste

· Olive oil

· 1 chicken breast

Step 1: In a bowl, add the first three ingredients and whisk. Cover the washed chicken breast with the mixture and let it sit for margination.

Step 2: In a baking sheet with nonstick foil add the rest of the ingredients by leaving out the olive oil because you will add it later. Place the chicken breast on the baking sheet with nonstick foil to cover in that mixture and spray the cornflakes bits with cooking spray.

Step 3: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for at least 15 to 27 minutes until it turns golden brown in color.

Chinese Style Fried Chicken

Here is what you will need:

· 5 chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)

· 5 egg whites

· 2 cups soy sauce

· 2 cups cornstarch

· 2 cups flour

· 2 cups canola oil

Step 1: Clean and cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Make a mixture of soy sauce and egg whites. Place the chicken breasts’ pieces in the mixture for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step2: Add 2 cups of canola oil to the wok and let it heat up. Place flour and cornstarch in a plastic bag and add the chicken pieces to the bag and shake it. The flour and cornstarch should be equal in amount. Place the chicken pieces in the wok.

Step 3: Wait till they turn golden-brown in color. Take them off the wok and place on paper towels. They are ready to serve.

Here is what you will need:

· Chicken pieces (clean and skinless)

· Red chili powder

· Black pepper

· Salt

· Soy Sauce

· Cooking oil

Step 1: Clean the chicken pieces and cover them with red chili powder, black pepper, salt and soy sauce. Let them sit for an hour outside.

Step 2: If there is any liquid at the bottom of the plate where you marinated them, throw away the water by tilting the plate but hold on to your chicken pieces.

Step 3: You do not need much oil if the pieces are boneless or is a boneless chicken breast. You can fry them on both sides. If the pieces are drumsticks or other parts, you need to deep-fry them in a lot of oil.
