Before you begin, make sure you have all the following;

· A large amount of surfactant- shampoo or liquid soap.

· Hot water

· A bucket

Step 1

Take the shampoo and add a generous amount into the toilet and then proceed to get the hot water into the toilet as well. Ensure that the water you use is hot, but not to a boiling kind of hot as this might cause the toilet to crack. Ensure the toilet is full, but not overflowing.

Step 2

After about ten minutes, come back and observe the work of your hands. At this time the water level is expected to have dropped. This is due to the hot water breaking apart any toilet paper in the way and the soap lubricating passage of any waste in the clog.

Step 3

This last step entails follow up procedures. It involves frequent observation of the water level. In case you see it drop significantly, then you need to keep on adding more hot water to the toilet. This should go on until the water flows through freely as it would in a normal unclogged situation. In between the cleaning you can also add some more shampoo in case you feel like there is need to make the flow even easier. Lastly, you might be tempted to sieve out the stuff that comes afloat during the process. You can go ahead, but you are highly advised not to as it might be decomposed and probably infectious. With all the above information you now know how to unclog your toilet without using s plunger.
