It has many other names but those are not used so much like sugar paste, butter icing etc. It tastes so good and sweet there is a saying that “the icing on the cake” it means making a comfortable situation more comfortable. Here are 5 ways to make the icing. Every person has their own choice and own taste. They are pretty easy to make.
1. Raspberry icing: The components for a delicious raspberry icing is 8 ounces of fresh cream with vegetable fat, 4 ounces of raspberries, 2 ounces of brown caster sugar, 2 drops of lemon juice and 2 cups of fresh cream. Place a small stainless pan on the stove add the raspberries and the 2 drops of lemon juice. Let them get heated up a bit and later blend them in the blender. Again put them back and add the brown caster sugar and let it boil slowly. Afterwards, let it cool. Beat the fresh cream with an electric mixer until it is fluffy. Add the raspberry mixture and beat it properly. Your raspberry icing is ready to put on anything you want like a cupcake.
2. Lemon Cream Cheese icing: You will need 1 cup of butter, half cup cream cheese (not hot not cold), properly granulated lemon peel, 2 ounces vanilla extract and one and a half cup sugar. Beat the granulated lemon peel, cream cheese, butter and vanilla until they are finely mixed. Add the sugar and beat t until it is nice and fluffy. Then your lemon cream cheese icing is ready and you can put it on your cupcake.
3. Chocolate icing: You will need 90g of melted dark chocolate and 2 ounces of cocoa powder with 50g of sour cream in a bowl and put the bowl over a saucepan in slightly boiling water. Move your spoon round and round in the mixture until even. Your icing is ready.
4. Marshmallow icing: Gather 3 cups of whipped cream, a bag of small marshmallows, and one and a half cup sugar, a sprinkle of salt and 3 ounces of vanilla extract. Put the cream, sugar, salt and the whole bag of mini marshmallows in a medium-sized saucepan. Put over low heat and let them mix completely. Let the solid marshmallow turn to liquid. Add the vanilla extract. Put the icing in the freezer. After taking out the cold icing, beat it with an electric beater.
5. Orange icing: You will need 2 cups of sugar, 3 tablespoons of orange juice. Add sugar in a medium-sized bowl. Mix with a spoon and test the density. Be sure it is not too watery or too heavy. If you find it to be heavy add milk. If it is too light add more sugar. Put it in the freezer for half an hour. If it does not start to get thick put it in the freezer for more time. You can add vanilla extract if you like.
