How to get a flat stomach? 1.    You need to exercise at least 130 minutes out of the complete 24 hours. That does not mean you will put pressure on yourself and do it all at once. Your exercising time can be divided into portions and each portion should be at least 7 minutes. You can go for a walk for 30 minutes every day once in the morning and another 30 minutes in the evening.

2.    Do strength training like push-ups and squats at least for one hour and take rest when you get tired. Try lifting a pair of dumbbells, each on one hand and repeat for at least 50 times.

3.    Eat foods that are enriched in proteins. Do not eat oily foods, carbohydrates or fats.

Keep fresh vegetables and fruits and do not eat too many fruits and vegetables at the same time. For each hour, pick a particular fruit or vegetable like from 2 pm to 3 pm choose bananas.

3.    Do exercises at least 3 hours a day. Include activities like biking, walking and running,  swimming and dancing. Watch videos of exercise and repeat after them at home.

1.    Drink green tea with ginger pieces, peppermint tea, pineapple smoothie, and watermelon smoothie and papaya juice.  Besides all these, drink lots of water.

2.    Go for a speedy walk of 2 hours every day. Run for at least 1 hour either outside or on the treadmill. You can divide the exercising time but make each session at least 20 minutes since you want fast results. Take a pair of dumbbells each in one hand and lie down on the mat and place the dumbbells upwards and your legs as well and try to compress your stomach.

3.    Avoid broccoli, Brussels sprouts and beans and have smaller meals in a small plate few times a day. Eat apples and bananas when you are hungry.

No matter how fast you want to get a flat stomach, remember to never starve in hunger and always get proper sleep.
