1. High-level exercise: Get a pair of dumbbell and lift them over your shoulder. Separate both of your legs and again bring them back together. Buy ankle weights. Go to a position as if you are doing push-ups. Instead of doing push-ups, take one foot up towards the roof and again slowly taking it down and lifting the other foot in the same manner. If you have a bike, go on a bike run for at least an hour. Use a treadmill at least 5 minutes a day. Go for jogging and running in the morning after you wake up.

After you are done apply fresh coconut oil. You can try dry brushing. All these will help in blood circulation. After these procedures, wash the areas with warm water. 5. Sleep: Try to get to bed at a fixed time every night. Do not stay up late. Do not sleep less than 6 hours and do not sleep more than 9 hours. Get a decent sleep that lasts for 8 hours and you will be able to get rid of the cellulite.
