How to make a smoothie? Everybody loves smoothies and you can make them with fruits such as strawberry. If you are looking for a tasty treat, you can go with chocolate smoothie. You can have them in the morning or in the afternoon. They are really good for the body particularly the strawberry ones. You will be full of energy after drinking a cup. They are easy to make. Here is how you make a smoothie.

Strawberry smoothie

How to make a smoothie

What you will need:

4 ounces of sweetened yoghurt

1 tablespoon of honey

1 bowl of cut strawberries

1 cup of crushed ice

1 full banana

9 ounces of milk

Step 1: Get your blender ready to make the smoothie. You need to pick out fresh strawberries and cut them into pieces through the center and get rid of the leaves.

Step 2: Take out ice from the refrigerator and they are originally ice cubes. Crush them and make them into small prices so they are easy to blend.

Step 3: Pour all the ingredients with the right amount into the blender and hold the lid tight. Make sure the banana is fresh and do not cut it while you insert it into the blender. After it is fully a liquid, pour it in a glass and serve.

Chocolate smoothie

What you will need:

Chocolate ice-cream

Ice cubes

1 banana

Chocolate milk

Step 1: Get your blender and pour the ice cubes. You can go with as many ice cubes as you want. Make sure it covers the bottom of the blender.

Step 2: Add three scoops of chocolate ice-cream, 200 milliliters of chocolate milk and a banana. Put your hand on the lid and blend them.

Step 3: Get a glass and pour chocolate sauce all over the inside of the glass. Wait few seconds and pour the drink from the blender and spread cocoa powder on the top. It is ready to serve.

Green smoothie

What you will need:

Mango

Oranges

Pear

Grapes

Berries

Pineapple

Banana

Cabbage

Lettuce

Sprouts

Cucumber

Kale

Bok choy

parsley

Celery

Coriander

Step 1: Wash all your fruits and greens. Start with a sharp knife and cut the fruits one by one. You can get the blender and pour in the grapes at the bottom. Take the peel off the mango and add them. Cut the pear and the oranges. Just take the peel off the orange and add them. Cut the berries into pieces and get rid of the leaves. Take some time to cut the pineapple and you do not have to necessarily slice the banana.

Step 2: Start with Bok choy, do not cut them. Take the leaves of lettuce and place them in. Chop the cabbage into small pieces.  Slice cucumbers and tear the chard into half. Pour some water so that it can blend. Start your blender and you will find it to be pinkish.

Step 3: It is time to make it green by adding more cucumbers and Bok choy. You will see yourself that it is turning green.

Tips

· If you are worried about the color of the Green Smoothie, you can skip the berries. If you want to consume berries in the form of smoothies, make strawberry smoothie. The berries are the reason for the rose-pink color. Without them, it would simply be green.
