How to get rid of a stuffy nose? Everybody hates a stuffy nose because every second becomes painful. Breathing is an involuntary action that happens 24 hours a day and we do not notice it. If something is making it irritating, that can be a trouble. It has another name which is nasal congestion because you simply cannot tell everyone you have a stuffy nose. It mainly occurs during the cold or rainy seasons because at that time the virus and allergies spread more easily. People get the flu, cold and sinus infection. Garlic cloves

Heat water in a pan and add 3 to 4 garlic cloves in it. Let the mixture boil and add a slight amount of turmeric powder. Drink it once every day and it will be gone very quickly. Turmeric may be used for Indian cooking but it has many good uses as well for the body. Turmeric has always been famous for freeing the clogs inside the nose. Those who can succeed in making the perfect turmeric and garlic solution and drink it properly the right way, it is said that their nose will never be stuffy again in a long time.

Black pepper

You need to get black pepper and mix few drops of sesame oil. You will get a powerful fragrance from the mixture. You need to make it like a cream and apply it below your nose. Wet towel

You need to have a clean and soft face towel to do this. Make sure it is not wet from before. Get warm water and put the face towel in the warm water for a minute. Be sure that you not put it in a boiling water. The next step is to find out where you have the congestion, it is not the full nose. It is between the top and the bottom part of the nose. As in, it is halfway through the center of your nose. Keep the towel over there and it will make the stuffy nose go away slowly.

Steam

You need to boil a big bowl of water in a pot for at least fifteen minutes. Transfer it into a plastic bowl and make sure you do not burn your hands so handle with care. Get a big clean towel and cover it over your head. Keep the plastic bowl full of warm water ten inches away from you. Before all the steam escapes through the air, inhale them in. The air becomes warm because of the heat of the steam and it fights the clogs making it easy to breathe. If you have this at home, add a drop of peppermint oil to the hot water.
